When navigating to MI:Viewer you may receive the following message.

Resolution:
1). Ask your MI administrator to use MI:Server Manager to check and confirm that databases are available.
2). Navigate to http://localhost/mi/whoami.aspx to determine if the logged in account is in the correct MI security groups to view MI databases.
Please replace localhost with the correct server name.
3). If you have just installed GRANTA MI, you may need to log out and log back in before your membership of the MI security groups is recognized.

If your problem relates to GRANTA MI please attach the MI:Viewer logs and MI:Server logs from the time the problem occurred (these are typically located in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\MI\logs and C:\Program Files\Granta\GRANTA MI\Server\Logs respectively).
