This message appears in two situations:

  1. You are using the flex-enabled version of EduPack, and all your institution’s licenses are currently in use. You’ll need to wait for someone else to finish their session and try again.
  2. You are using the Classic version of EduPack, and your license has expired.

Contact your IT department or the faculty member responsible for your course. They will be able to contact the Granta support team on your behalf.
