This training session will focus on the templates that import and export data between GRANTA MI and Microsoft Excel. You can use templates for legacy data migration, data entry forms, bespoke analysis, bulk edits, housekeeping, QA and reporting, and other tasks.

Topics will include:

  • Helping end-users enter valid data
  • Automatic record names, folder structure and subset membership
  • Housekeeping: Altering or removing data in bulk
  • Legacy data: importing multiple Excel workbooks quickly
  • Schema changes, updating templates and managing template versions.
