Seminar—Seattle, May 18, 2010
Managing and Using Materials Information
Materials data management, materials strategy, and eco-design
This event was held alongside the SAMPE 2010 Spring Conference & Exhibition. It provided a general overview and update of materials information technology and its use in engineering enterprises. Given the proximity to the SAMPE conference, composite materials be a strong focus. However, the seminar was relevant to users or manufacturers of all materials types—metals, composites, plastics, and ceramics.
