About the presenters

Nick Visser is Product Manager for UL Prospector. Nick joined the Prospector team as a software engineer in 1997, back when the internet was young and Prospector came from a small company called IDES. Prospector has always relied on rich materials data and innovative tools to connect users with the right material. Nick brings that knowledge of product innovation and its reliance on technical materials data to the UL Prospector team as a Product Manager for custom solutions, including the content partnership with Granta.

Dr. Sarah Egan is Product Manager of Granta’s data products, specializing in the compilation and application of materials data across all engineering disciplines, including development of the JAHM Curve Data module. Prior to this, Dr Egan was Product Manager for the Medical Device industries at Granta. Dr Egan’s has a PhD in Biomaterials from the University of Cambridge and an MEng in Materials Engineering in Medicine from Queen Mary, University of London.
