CES 4.5 Web Update

This file contains the components to upgrade the pre-release version of CES4.5 Web to the release version. It is only required by users who are having problems searching large and complex databases. In such cases, the Tomcat error log will report "Out of file handles".

Unzip the downloaded *.exe file.
Follow the instructions provided (BetaUpgrade.html).
