Education Information Pack and Recordings

Engineers make things, and they make them out of materials. So teaching students about materials and processes is a central requirement in the engineering curriculum. Over the last decade, educators have been seeking new ways to engage students with this subject, making the connection between the underlying physical science and real engineering applications in a manner that both inspires and informs. Hundreds of these teachers have turned to the pioneering work of Professor Mike Ashby at Cambridge University. The CES EduPack teaching resources created by Professor Ashby are now used at over 600 institutions worldwide to support a wide range of courses and different teaching approaches.

By registering on this page, you can access background information covering the CES EduPack, including recorded presentations and case studies and our Materials and Process Education Information Pack.
