Materials information for ANSYS Workbench

Direct access to validated CAE materials models from within ANSYS Workbench

Deploy accurate, up-to-date, approved materials information to simulation engineers throughout the company, for use within their ANSYS workflows

GRANTA MI:Materials Gateway for ANSYS Workbench

GRANTA MI:Materials Gateway for ANSYS Workbench enables users of the ANSYS software to directly access and use validated CAE materials models from a GRANTA MI database, while working in their familiar CAE environment.

In managing the process of building CAE models, the ANSYS Workbench platform enables users to model their simulation project workflow schematically. The GRANTA MI:Materials Gateway can be launched from any of these simulation projects, connecting to corporate materials data managed in GRANTA MI or to Granta's comprehensive catalog of valuable materials reference information.

Through the MI:Materials Gateway window within ANSYS Workbench you can search and browse the available materials, view their datasheets,  choose applicable CAE materials models, and then import these models directly to your ANSYS project, complete with full traceability information. All of these tasks can be performed quickly, interactively, and with no risk of error due to data transfer.
