NIST Lead-Free Solders	350	Lead-free and lead-based solders, plus some intermetallics and pure metals.	Composition, cost, mechanical, thermal and wetting properties, creep and deformation behaviour. Up to 40 properties per material.
CAE Starter Database	60	A complimentary sample database of materials properties for users of selected CAE software
