UK Education Manager

Supporting the use of Granta's education resources at UK universities

£25-33k + performance (OTE £35-45k) depending on experience, 12.5% pension, health/gym, share options, central Cambridge offices

Granta’s main education resource CES EduPack is very well-known and is currently used by 80 UK universities and colleges to support undergraduate and postgraduate teaching across engineering, design and science subjects.

What you will be doing:

  • Your role will be to manage and develop UK academic accounts
  • Support and grow the use of Granta’s teaching resources with both existing and new academic customers through consultative sales, training and support
  • You will be organizing and running demonstrations over the web to senior academics and working collaboratively to assist them in enhancing their use of Granta’s teaching resources
  • Some travel will be necessary

About You

You should definitely:

  • Be an engineering, design or science graduate
  • Have an interest in technology and education
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork and business
  • Be able to communicate effectively with senior academics, identify needs and support as appropriate

You probably:

  • Have some project management and sales skills
  • Have experience in an engineering, design or research environment
  • Have organized and delivered training of a technical nature
