We continue to seek senior software engineers to join our team.  If you are bright and can demonstrate some of the skills your experience has given you then you could be playing a central role in the development of an integrated portfolio of products within a successful specialist software company.

What you will be doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining software using Microsoft .Net framework (C#) and SQL Server for the web, desktop or server
• Working in a small team of talented software engineers, contributing your own ideas, skills, and experience
• Managing the development process for individual projects to bring them to a successful conclusion
• Provide day-to-day assistance to junior developers

You definitely:

• Have 5+ years experience of software development using C# and the .Net Framework including unit testing, performance profiling, continuous integration, and usability testing
• Have a first class or upper second class honours degree in computer science, engineering, science or maths from a recognized university (or overseas equivalent)
• Have demonstrable experience coaching and developing junior developers
• Are self-motivated, technically accomplished, and enjoy learning and sharing new development skills and techniques

You probably:

• Have experience of working in an agile environment
• Are a member of a developer organization or user group
• Blog your development experiences
• Drink too much coffee

Knowledge and experience in the materials domain is very welcome but not a requirement for this position.
