HR and Recruitment Executive

This position is no longer available, but contact Granta if you have an interest in similar positions.

Granta Design is the world's leading provider of materials information technology. Industry leaders such as NASA, Rolls Royce, and Emerson Electric use our software, data products, and services to go higher, lighter, and greener.

The company has grown each year for the past 12 years, now has over 80 staff, and is looking to add 20 new staff in the coming year. Maintaining a first class group of staff and our reputation as a good place to work—through excellence in recruitment, training, and career development—-is essential to the continuing success of the company. To support this goal, we now wish to appoint our first full-time Recruitment and HR Executive. This is a standalone role supporting Granta with all generalist aspects of HR. The broad salary range given above reflects that the job is open to applicants with levels of formal recruitment and HR experience ranging from low to high—the qualities and potential of the person doing the job are more important than the experience level. The job will suit someone interested in a career in HR (the necessary level of training and mentoring will be available) or someone with recruitment and HR experience looking for advancement with a fast moving company.
