The Environmental Materials Information Technology (EMIT) Consortium
The Environmental Materials Information Technology (EMIT) Consortium is a new collaborative project launched by the UK’s National Physical Laboratory (NPL), Granta, and industrial partners including Eurocopter, Emerson Electric, Rolls-Royce, and NASA.
We invite other materials-oriented organizations to join us in developing data, systems, and software tools that will help to address the vital materials- and process-related issues that control environmental impact in the lifecycles of engineered products.
