CES EduPack is centered on a a comprehensive database of materials and process information and powerful materials software tools. These are used by students at hundreds of universities worldwide. Flexible licensing options allow students at many of these universities to install the software on their own laptops.

Within the CES EduPack software is a unique database providing comprehensive information on the technical and economic properties of materials and processes. Integrated ‘science notes’ explain the underlying materials science. Specialist versions extend coverage to topics such as polymers, architecture, and bio materials.

The software allows you to browse and search databases and to ‘drill down’ to science note information explaining the fundamental science. You can apply a structured methodology to compare materials and processes and select them for engineering applications, creating and using materials selection charts. An Eco Audit Tool helps you to explore key concepts in eco design. The system is easy-to-use, highly visual, and engaging.

How do I get CES EduPack?

Please note that we can only deal directly with university faculty (e.g., lecturers, professors, heads of department, or their support staff) in demonstrating, discussing, or selling CES EduPack. This limitation is the only way that it is practical for Granta to provide effective support and service to hundreds of institutions worldwide. We do not sell individual copies of CES EduPack.
