Throughout the Engineering Curriculum - CES EduPack 2018

Join Professor Mike Ashby for a tour of CES EduPack 2018. See the big picture – how this new version of the leading materials education resources can support teaching across campus and throughout the curriculum.

What you will learn

  • Hear how CES EduPack helps university educators to teach materials in courses across science, engineering, and design
  • Learn about new capabilities, such as the Materials Science & Engineering package, for introductory materials courses, and Performance Index Finder, supporting advanced design projects
  • See how students can quickly engage with key materials topics, benefiting from new home pages and online help
  • Hear about other enhancements that reveal the bigger picture in materials

One new feature in CES EduPack 2018 is the Performance Index Finder to support advanced materials selection projects

Who should take part?

  • Educators who are not yet using CES EduPack – what is it, and how can it support your teaching?
  • Educators who are using CES EduPack – what’s new?
  • Deans and heads of department – find out about a strategic resource to encourage interdisciplinary projects
