Session 4. Teaching and Research Resources for Bioengineering Departments

with Dr Ana Pereira & Prof Mike Ashby

On Thursday, Feb 27, join the final session in our current webinar series, where Granta's Dr Ana Pereira will be discussing teaching and research resources for bio engineering departments. You will also have the option to put your questions to Granta's education team and Prof. Mike Ashby (Emeritus Professor, Cambridge University Engineering Department and Granta founder). Read the presenters biographies

Join us to see

  • How the new CES EduPack Bioengineering Edition supports undergraduate bioengineering teaching
  • How Granta can support advanced teaching and research in this area, including use of CES Selector (medical edition) and advanced medical materials datasets.
  • Project ideas you can use with your students, helping them understand the implications of bio-compatibility as well as engineering performance when choosing materials.

How to register and join the session

There is no cost but registration is required through the WebEx system. Please ensure you set your local time zone to receive accurate meeting invitations and test your setup in advance of the meeting. How to use WebEx, including setting times zone & language preferences

Who should join the web seminar?

Deans, undergraduate and graduate program coordinators and department heads professors, instructors, teaching assistants in bioengineering departments or doing research related to medical devices. This web seminar is not appropriate for students.
